How to reserve your spot

To make a reservation for the following groups, please give us a call:

・Groups more than XX people
・School group
・Travel agency
・People with disabilities requiring additional accomodations or assistance

Open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays

If you must cancel your reservation, we will retain a portion of the amount charged as a cancellation fee.
Please see the following cancellation fee schedule:

Seven days prior the date of the reservation: 20% of the total reservation
Three days prior the date of the reservation : 50% of the total reservation
On the day : 100% of the total reservation

In the case of cancellation without notice, 100% of cancellation fees will apply.
